The traditional Plan and Specification or General Contracting method typically involves engaging a general contractor after the design phase is complete, with the contractor providing a lump-sum cost proposal for the project.

Being included in this form of contract we often gain advantages through writing detailed scopes of work, and preliminary schedules so that we can quickly identify potential issues during the bidding process and prior to issuing our proposal to the client.
In the General Contracting process, Landmarc issues Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to a pre-qualified list of subcontractors in each trade, reviews all proposals, assembles all details and provides our clients with a detailed, complete, fair, and competitive proposal package as requested.
